At Maxcase, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Damaged products caused by misuse or accidental damage.

• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.
